pdfarranger 1.10.1-1~mx21+1 from testrepo is not found [Solved]

when i upgrading pdfarranger from synaptic (1.6.2-1 -> 1.10.1-1~mx21+1), i got this error

I click reload multiple times in synaptic, still 404
