Snapshot non funzionanti

Ciao a tutti,
ci sto impazzendo dopo aver configurato il mio mx 21, un sacco di lavoro, le snapshot fatte non si avviano (fa le prime sritte e poi trattino lampegiante a sinistra in alto a vita), se reinstallo MX funziona, qualcosa si e' rovinato ma ci ho perso un mese a trovare la quadra, qualcuno mi darebbe una mano a capire perche' non si avviano?
Grazie 1000 a chi vorra' indagare con me

Ho gia' provato a disinstallare e reisntallere il pacchetto snapshot

ciao, se puo' essere utile ,dopo aver selezionatol'avvio, leggo subito" can't find a squashfs superblock xxxx...."
Nessuno mi puo' aiutare ?

Il driver Nvidia è stato installato?

credo di si , ma come posso darti conferma? Qualche comando o log da fare?
La cosa strana e' che reinstallando e poi cambiando solo poche cose nella scrivania funziona tutto e riappare il mio Mx salvato in snapshot che si avvia, ma ci ho perso un mese e mezzo per settarmelo , perdo tutto e se poi ricapita ...:(

Brevemente: Se si dispone di una scheda Nvidia e si installa il driver proprietario nvidia (il programma "Nvidia Driver Installer" è quello consigliato), e poi si esegue un'istantanea:

Quando si avvia l'USB è necessario utilizzare il parametro:

Altrimenti ci sarà una schermata nera.
