New user unable to register

A Facebook group member has been unable to register, and attempting to contact has been flagged as a spammer. Her name is:

Isabella Hilmarsdóttir

and from her Facebook post seems a genuine person. Can someone help her get registered please?

Found her.. now I need to find what I need to do heh. She for sure needs to get her IP changed then, it registers in Stop Forum Spam over 1750 times.

I know her from the MX Linux group on Facebook (commented on a lot of her posts). Her profile shows she lives in Siglufjordur Iceland.

We'll have to wait till someone comes by with more knowledge on solving this than I do. :/

I added her to the Forum with a temporary password. She can change it when she is logged in.
I also emailed her with the information stated above. so she can login and change her password as well as set her Forum preferences.

Ah.. and here I was looking for how to add the user Thanks Richb, next time I will try it that way.
