I am using MX Linux 18.3 32-bit on my Fujitsu Siemens Scenic E600 i865G with Intel Pentium IV 2.8 Ghz, 1 GiB of RAM and 80 GB HDD.
And... I cannot update my packages any more! I haven't updated in quite a while, but when I try to do "sudo apt update", I get this:

W: Ophalen van sommige indexbestanden is mislukt. Deze zijn of genegeerd, of er zijn oudere versies van gebruikt.Or... am I supposed to manually handle all the internal certificates that APT uses to communicate with its servers?
Hoping that this problem would solve itself after doing "sudo apt upgrade", I found out that this command also failed and that it didn't solve anything. I also clicked on the green open box icon on the MX Linux control panel, MX Linux Updater, hoping that this program would have something built-in to handle the certificates, but this program also failed to fetch the list of the latest packages.
How do I make sure that I can fetch the latest packages for MX Linux 18.3 again using APT?
