MX 17/18 Repository: The Foliate Ebook Reader Thread

I hope to have it backported in a few hours. I had to build some extra packages for it first.

I made a mistake and left the backports versioned as ~mx19, but they are in the main MX17/18 repo and should work fine. I'll redo them tonight as a mx17 update to forestall any confusion that may be created.

I tried the version in the main repo, I tried the version in the test repo, I tried the deb from github; all fail.
If I right click on an ebook file and select open with Foliate nothing happens.
If I open Foliate with a terminal and select an ebook from there Foliate closes.
I found this error in .xsession-errors:

I have uninstalled Foliate, I give up on it.
