Just login to discord then join the Linux hangout server and you will see it.

I found the GNU/Linux Hangout "server" but didn't see anything about MX, only MEPIS. When I tried to join that I got an invitation from someone (a bot?) to join something-or-other and it said that whateveritwas would be able to do all kinds of things with my information including auto-joining me to other servers (without my consent, I might add.) No thanks! Then when I went to verify my email address (after solving yet another captcha) I got a button saying Enter Discord, and when I clicked on it nothing happened.

Conclusion: Discord is basically a glorified Shoutbox type of thing with a lot of unnecessary bling-bling and eye candy that exists to harvest email addresses and other data and try to get people to read stuff they didn't didn't sign up for, much like Facebook but with more hoops to have to jump through to use it. TL:DR version: "No, sir, I don't like it!" (as Mr. Horse on Ren & Stimpy used to say.)

But thank you for making that server or site or whatever it's called, and using it to help promote and support MX Linux.

Are any MX'ers on discord yet.All you have to do is sign up to discord then click the link i have provided for gnu/Linux hangout and then install the server.
