Pinta makes Problems by INstallation on MX18.3

I cannot install Pinta
on my HP-Notebook with MX 18.3,
trere is an ErrorMessage in Terminal.

Mixing Ubuntu repos with Debian ones often leads to this kind of dependency issue. You apparently have replaced some of Debian's Mono packages with Ubuntu Bionic packages. The way to resolve this would be to force all the packages you installed from that repo back to the versions in MX/Debian.
If you installed a lot of them it could be easier to re-install.

First you need to find out which packages you installed from that repo.
If you don't have aptitude installed, install it. Running

aptitude search "?origin (mono-project) ?installed"

will give you a list of the packages you need to revert. Copy & paste these into a text editor and edit the list so it just contains the package names separated by spaces. You'll be pasting that list into a command.

Next, disable the mono-project repo. Synaptic -> Settings -> Repositories is probably the easiest place to do so. Then Reload in Synaptic or sudo apt-get update from a terminal.
Then run

aptitude clean
aptitude reinstall <list of packages you just made>

(don't insert the <> brackets.)

That should do it, but if you get an error saying a particular package is not available to reinstall then retry the command leaving that package off the list. When the command succeeds run

As Tim said (but in more detail), open System/ Synaptic Package Manager, go to Settings, click Repositories, find that Ubuntu repository that you added, click on it to select it, click the Delete button. (And don't add any more Ubuntu or Mint repos to MX, or any PPAs. )
