Goodbye Linuxtracker (and hello new torrent links)

#1 Post by dolphin_oracle »

For years we have hosted our torrent files, as many do, at linuxtracker. However, after several complaints from users and news about increasingly dubious advert and popup tactics, we've decided to end that policy.

Our new torrents are currently hosted at archive.org. Links are below, and the release announcements for MX18.1 in the forum and in our blog have been updated. The links at https://mxlinux.org/download-links will be updated soon.

The new torrent links are below.

32 bit torrent

64 bit torrent

Thank you for your support.

FYI: mx "test" repo is not the same thing as debian testing repo.

Hmmmm ok. It will be an hour or so until I can correct that, just headed out of the house.

Can someone please post them here while I am gone?

Good. And now the displayed iso filename,
which should be MX-18.1_386.iso and MX-18.1_x64.iso, resp. :bawling:
