Re: Package manager suggestion
I have verified on my system it is the icon set. If you do not want the light bulb icons try the default icon set. which I think is one of the papirus themes.

Re: Package manager suggestion
The icon was changed in 17.6 (you should get shortly 17.8 but that has no bearing on icon) so you should have the new icon not the light bulb, what icon theme do you use?
Re: Package manager suggestion
I was using the Tango icon theme. I've changed to the Numix icon theme, and I now see the correct icon. Looks great!
Would it be possible to display a default light / dark icon in the PM which ensures the correct icon is displayed regardless of the system theme?
Thanks for the help.
Re: Package manager suggestion
I don't like apps that don't respect the Linux icon theme. We already have too much of that I think, Firefox for example. It's easy to modify an icon theme to suit your taste:colin_b wrote: ↑Mon Jul 09, 2018 11:35 amI was using the Tango icon theme. I've changed to the Numix icon theme, and I now see the correct icon. The good thing about MX apps is that they respect your GTK and icon theme IMO.
