Is this string correct as is? Looks like it has some problems with punctuation/grammar/parentheses/whatever.
Open Apps will Require Restart for Changes to Take Effect
Otherwise German done.

Is this string correct as is?
The excess use of capital letters can't be correct in something that is meant to be possible to translate. Is it used in any other languages than English? If you write like that in Swedish, you can't expect anyone to take it serious.

I had ignored the capitals and now it's done, again. :)
