Is this string correct as is? Looks like it has some problems with punctuation/grammar/parentheses/whatever.

The excess use of capital letters can't be correct in something that is meant to be possible to translate. Is it used in any other languages than English? If you write like that in Swedish, you can't expect anyone to take it serious.Is this string correct as is?
