So, my almost new own Xfwm4 theme is done
(The last 5 shadow setting in themerc file are related to compositing, which I have switched off, so you can t see the shadows in the screenshot...)

That's a really nice theme. I hope you will be able to have it in the MX Linux repo once the final complete release of your lovely creation is completed.
I am command line illiterate. I copy & paste to the terminal. Liars, Wiseguys, Trolls, and those without manners will be added to my ignore list.

In general, it works, but there should perhaps be a connection to the GTK theme concernig color definitions...
The main goals was:
1) thicker borders to better catchig with mouse pointer
2) better distinguishing between active and inactive windows
