non PAE download weirdness

Anybody notice something strange here during the last week of downloads? Think of low land and dikes.

When looking at small numbers, it doesn't take much to skew things. Perhaps a Dutch blog or message board made mention of MX. <shrug>

I prefer to think of the Netherlands as enlightened. After all, they have some of the best civil engineers on the planet!
