We have been testing a method of machine translation using recently available
software. At present it is limited to a few European languages. One of these is
Polish. A draft translation of the MX Manual Section 3 has been loaded into
DropBox.
The address : https://www.dropbox.com/s/d87x4d9ltgl10 ... s.odt?dl=0
Will be very grateful if any of our Polish MX users could review this translation
and send any changes/corrections – there will certainly be some – to me by email at
gordon_cooper@kinect.co.nz
Libre Office format preferred, but I can read MS Windows©, Abiword, pdfs etc.
This is a first draft and needs more work on the formatting. I am most interested in the
translation, does it make reasonable sense ?
Thanks,
Gordon.

Good work, Gordon.
You might consider replacing your email address there with a request to post here or PM you, just for security.

Thank you for that suggestion Jerry. I used that address because any reply could be lengthy and PM's do not provide for attachments. However, if ( I Hope) there are replies,
they could certainly go on the forum. There is no secrecy involved, the more users that know what we are doing and can assist, the better.

Re: Machine Translation - Polish
I'm sorry about the refreshment. I'm not sure how many Poles there are on the forum, but if necessary I'll be very happy to help.
Re: Machine Translation - Polish
Thanks. We actually have a lot of Polish users here, so we could use the translation help.
BTW: deepl.com has what I am told is a very good PL translator, and I am using it for the MX-Fluxbox documentation.

Re: Machine Translation - Polish
I use this translator because I sometimes have problems with English myself. But I am still learning the language.
