Do you mean the HDMI port? That's for the on-board video and has been superseded by the one on your video card. It should have been disabled automatically when your new card was detected. If not you will have to disable it manually in the bios.

Did you use that port instead of the one on your video card? I've done that and driven myself crazy trying to solve a video problem that didn't really exist.

Nope. I am using my video card to my full satisfaction from the getgo. You're thinking waaaay too deeply.


Hint: I cannot even use the onboard like this.

Come on now! That's really hard to see in the picture and while we are in the area of niggles, your wifi and mouse dongles are occupying two usb 3 ports when they could be using the two usb 2 ports up beside the purple PS2 socket.

Those two usb2 ports are occupied by hardware that refuses to work in the usb3 ports. So.. it is not an option to put these in there.
