Mepis 8.5 Manual goes Final!

#1 Postby SilverBear » Fri Mar 26, 2010 4:36 am

Thanks to Jerry, Adrian and several others, the Mepis Linux 8.5 User's Manual has been packed up and sent to Warren.

If you can't wait for the Final Release of the 8.5 ISO (and you shouldn't have to wait long!) you can peruse the new Manual online at http://sblinux.org/m85-01/index.html

PS: this doesn't mean you shouldn't work on the Wiki Review in support of the Manual! Quite the opposite; go here and help out:

"masai7" Intel i7 3g; 8GB RAM; (GPU on the CPU chip)
"novi" Lenovo Z585: AMD A10-4600M; RadeonHD 7660G; 6GB RAM

I think we have a kick-ass manual. Paired with Wiki is a good selling point for MEPIS ("selling" is a way of saying).
