“SACK Panic” Security fix kernels in repos.

Latest kernels available in the repos for 32 and 64 bit architecture (stretch, buster, testing and sid).

4.9.182 non-pae, pae and x64
4.19.52 non-pae, pae and x64
5.1.11 non-pae, pae and x64

Users are strongly advised to upgrade.

Thank you, 4.9.182 non-pae x32, and, 5.1.11 x64 work nicely here.

I just updated two machines to 5.1.11. Everything looks good, so far. I'll wait a day or two before removing an older kernel or two. ;) We'll see if I can talk my sister through the upgrade/ update. Should be fun.

Edit: Just updated my grandson's machine to 5.1.11. Three down! All so far so good! Thank you team!
