antiX fund-drive
Re: antiX fund-drive
Anticapitalista, do you have square https://cash.me over there? It's very easy to set up donate... You can even set up something like cash.me/$antiX for easy donations. Just make sure you don't request immediate deposit of funds for that I think the charge a fee, otherwise is 1-3 business days. Give it a try...

I did exactly as Adrian describes, ignored the Paypal Button, completed the Card details - a Mastercard debit - then pressed donate now. Followed the instructions and got a note
from Anti, acknowledging the donation. No problems.

Re: antiX fund-drive
I just donated for Antix Linux by clicking Paypal Donation button on the bottom part of Antix Linux webpage.
Worked fine. Happy to donate for Antix. Thank for your efforts anticapitalista.antiX has been around since 2007 and this is the first time we have posted a request for funds.
Why? - Well our infrastructure has changed.
We now have our own web site and forum that has to be paid for. Previously we used free hosting.
Our server needed repairing.
Devs need equipment to test and build on.
If you can help, please go to the donations link.
Donation page:https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?c ... HPC7UQBAJC
Or Donate at the bottom of the antiX web page: https://antixlinux.com/
If you are having problems with the antiX PayPal set up, please use the MX one https://mxlinux.org/donate and state the donation is for antiX fund-drive.
Re: antiX fund-drive
Hi all, using MX for a year or so and really like it. I want to donate something. What's a reasonable amount for a home user? Where does it go, and will it make a difference?
Re: antiX fund-drive
Thanks for the questions! I never calculated it out exactly, but most gifts fall 5-25 USD. We use the funds for development that covers everything from common server costs to the rare piece of critical equipment. And every gift helps.

Re: antiX fund-drive
I would feel more comfortable mailing a check or mo. Is there a mailbox?
Or even a direct deposit to a bank.
