Antix forum down

#1 Post by chrispop99 »

Just in case anyone else is trying, it would appear the antiX forum is down ATM. I can't reach it, and http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ reports it down also.

It has been down for a couple of days now. I use http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to double check since my ISP can be flaky at times.
It's not just you! http://antix.freeforums.org looks down from here.
I am not sure why the freeforums server is down yet.

Here in Louisiana it has been going up and down since Tuesday the 13th. I can now get to the index page but am unable to go to any threads.

My investigation so far. So it is out of our control for now folks. Posted Oct 14.

Hello everyone,

Our entire network was taken down for an unscheduled maintenance. At this time, most servers are up and have had a repair. Some repairs are still running, however.

What to expect:

- Some boards will still be down while the databases are being repaired.
- Most boards are up but may experience intermittent whitewalls, slowness, and especially lags. These lags can be rather big (e.g. you may see the forums go far back in time).

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this is causing, and will update again as soon as we have more news. Unfortunately, we were not able to post here earlier due to the support forum being down as well.

Thank you.
