Yes. To get a chart of your current enabled locale you can run this from commandline:

Code: Select all

Code: Select all

for L in $(locale -a); do printf "%-15s : %s\n" $L "$(LANG=$L locale title)"; done
Perfect. Thx.

I wanted to install EN for Germany EN_GER but it doesn't work.
I always get an error message and MX Tools Locales quits with the error message no such path/ folder.
German loclaes and EN_US loacles are installed.

I want for Thunderbird to have English language but German time - and I can't get it to work.

It doesn't do you much good to glomb onto an old thread like this that's dealing with a version of MX that's two generations old. Start your own topic instead.
HP 15; ryzen 3 5300U APU; 500 Gb SSD; 8GB ram
Aspire V5-571; CPU Intel I3; 500 GB SSD; Intel 2nd Gen Graphics; 8 GB Ram
Aspire XC-866; i3-9100; UHD 630; 8 GB ram; 1TB HDD

In Linux, newer isn't always better. The best solution is the one that works.
