Last one of the juvenile Sparrowhawk - I didn't have time to change the aperture, so the pic isn't perfect, but I think it's worth uploading for the expression. Higher res image on the MX18 Community Wallpaper page

Oh, the grey pattern on the right of the image is the Pigeon she was trying to subdue.

Changed my mind ;)

A couple of pics I wasn't sure about... one is a Sunrise, other is what was left of a large Carp on the bank of a lake.

Small-sized examples are below... I can no longer login to upload the 1920*1200 images, not recognising my password

The 2nd pic is ... Interesting.

Chris, the new website is a new creature, so you need to register afresh. PM peregrine if that doesn't work.

Thanks, I sorted it... you don't need to register, just upload etc.

The Carp was probably stabbed by one of the many Cormorants, but was too big to swallow - eventually it died and was either taken out of the water by an Angler, or more likely, dragged out by the Great black-backed Gulls.

I've just added an image to the MX19 Wallpaper, but I'm unsure how it looks at higher res - it's from the garden, so taken through double glazed windows... delete if no good thanks.
