Re: GRUB Boot Error
I didn't see a "Switch To Grub" option anywhere so I guessed you meant Grub Repair.
Where do I look for Switch to Grub, please?
I just rebooted into antiX live usb.
I'm looking at the /boot folder - is that where you want me to be?

Re: GRUB Boot Error
That would explain the problem ...
I'm not seeing that menu.
These are the two menus I'm seeing ...

Re: GRUB Boot Error
Yes, that's correct antiX-17.4.1 does not have the Boot to Grub and Boot Rescue Menus,NevilsStation wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2019 9:21 am That would explain the problem ...

hence I mentioned to use antiX-19.b2, which does include those menus.

Re: GRUB Boot Error
I went to the download site and downloaded the latest ...
Download Latest Version antiX-17.4.1_386-full.iso (1.0 GB)
In my hurry I didn't notice that it was 2 full version numbers older.
I've got it now ... I'm still not seeing the same Menu ... (I have no idea who Marielle Franco is.)

Re: GRUB Boot Error
Now select "Boot Rescue Menus" ...
EDIT: You are booting in UEFI mode? Are you sure?
Well in theory you could boot into you installed system by selecting grub.cfg from the Rescue menus ....
Your installed system was installed in BIOS mode?
As there is no ESP partition on the DOS/MBR formated dirves.
So better go into BIOS and disable UEFI by enabling legacy BIOS( CSM boot)

Got the correct Menu.
Selected Switch to GRUB.
Then selected Boot Rescue Menus.
What next, please?
