#1 Post by rikhard.fsoss »

hello all,

is it possible to install and use linux containers on mxlinux?

i know that i have to install snapd to install lxd, but since mxlinux doesn't make use of systemd, can we use linux containers?

thanks in advance

Is there a possibility to use LXC + LXD Containers without systemd?

I want to use LXC + LXD because such containers need less recources than vms.

But I prefer to do it without systemd and I‘m thankful that MX defaults are without systemd.
