Updated Version of fldigi & flrig please?
I am told by the package maintainer that the versions of fldigi and flrig
in the MX repository (fldigi 3.23.14 and flrig 1.3.26) are over 2yrs old.
I cannot get support on their forum as no one still uses those versions.
Is it possible to update to:
fldigi-4.0.17
flrig-1.3.39
I need to use these for emergency communications in support of our
local EMA, hospitals, and National Weather Service Office.
Thanks!

Re: Updated Version of fldigi & flrig please?
fldigi 4.0.17 & flrig 1.3.39 are now available for MX-17 in the test repo. I don't have any suitable equipment to test these with, so please leave feedback when you try them.
fldig needs more work to backport for MX-16, and I'm travelling at the moment, but I'll see if I can get it.

Both downloaded & installed no problems. Will have to do some reading of docs before testing, fldigi looks to have more than a few updates. Thanks Tim.

Re: Updated Version of fldigi & flrig please?
The new versions appear to have solved the problems of the older ones & are working fine.
I'm not experienced with with these so this is my first impression pending further testing.
THANKS!
