MX 18.3 Buster Non-systemd Respin

This is fully upgraded MX 18.3 stretch to buster with antiX 19 repos, a non-systemd respin. Currently some MX tools may not work in buster, so wait until MX 19 is released with buster mx repo in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mx.list

KNOWN BUGS
1) MX tool icon launchers don't work. Run commands in terminal.

Fix pulseaudio missing sound output... reinstall pulseaudio

Add repo in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/antix.list
deb https://mirrors.netix.net/mx/MX-Packages/antix/buster/ buster main nosystemd nonfree

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get remove --purge pulseaudio
sudo rm -rf /etc/pulse
sudo apt-get install pulseaudio

Reinstall removed packages:
sudo apt-get install firefox libcanberra-pulse mx-apps mx-system-sounds pulseaudio-module-bluetooth

Thanks for the sneak-preview of what MX-19 might be like. I tested your respin briefly on a Live USB (USB2.0) and it seems almost as fast as regular 18.3 installed to an SSD. I think 19 will be very nice. I noticed it (your Buster-based respin) comes with Thunar 1.8.4 rather than the 1,6.15 that Stretch uses, so hopefully the issue of right-clicks running the nearest action menu item when in detailed view will be resolved (per Thunar's bugtracker it's due to how older Thunar versions worked with GTK2 themes, and it was fixed when it went to GTK3 by the 1.8 series.)

Thanks JayM for feedback. In my running machine with Gnome 3 Buster with Debian systemd, and in same machine comparing this respin with installed Gnome, the performance is good. Waiting to see MX 19 repo with this respin.
