MX look and certain apps on Debian

For issues with MX that has been modified from the initial install. Example: adding packages that then cause issues.

IDE's like Intellij. I had Etcher a disk writing application. Java. Nothing too heavy. I am going to install it again.

I am doing more than just browsing and editing documents, but I get the point with the specs.

But you have thrice the ram and system species are good i think give it a try and observe in task manager which one is consuming ram

You can use the popular apps tab in mx package installer to drop back to the debian default kernel. Maybe there is some issue there if your system slows.down again.

FYI: mx "test" repo is not the same thing as debian testing repo.
