Are old session cookies are cleared? I do usual clear all cookies, when closing browser.
Need some cookies to save time, for autologin. Can't delete all. Only delete everything google related.
Henry

You only realize that this happens, when you cannot connect because you session is in use :bawling:

Sometimes autologins are great. Isn't always time to do it manually when bidding at a few Internet auctions at the same time. That's what I need it for.

Within Paelmoon Cookies Exterminator, you can define those you want to keep (whitelist) or remove only when closing (greylist),
and have all other wiped (after a short time) when tab closed.

That Disconnection screen is probably provided by the hosting service for forum, isn't it?
No, it comes from your own ISP and it's telling you that here are too many hops between you and the destination site. You also said that after you are disconnected, it takes about an hour before you can reconnect. That tells me that 1 hour is the frequency that the DNS servers at your ISP are load balanced. I suggest that you access your modem / router and see if you can change its DNS settings to those of Google

Code: Select all

https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using
or Open DNS

Code: Select all

https://www.opendns.com/setupguide/
and see if this makes a difference.

Thanks, will take a look at my modem settings. Last time I had problems, years ago, it was the modem. It has worked perfectly until now and this only affects the mx forum.

You might just change dns-server settings within your connection settings. Right click on the connection icon.
Edit for e.g. ethernet and change under IP4: DHCP (automatic) to DHCP automatic (adresses only)
and enter DNS entries like any of those public DNS server::

Code: Select all

Public DNS Server

Cloudfare:
IPv4: 1.1.1.1
      1.0.0.1
IPv6: 2606:4700:4700::1111
      2606:4700:4700::1001

Google DNS
IPv4: 8.8.8.8
      8.8.4.4
IpV6: 2001:4860:4860::8888
      2001:4860:4860::8844

OpenDNS
IPv4: 208.67.222.222
      208.67.220.220
IPv6: 2620:119:35::35
      2620:119:53::53
I'm currently using 1.1.1.1

EDIT: I have this settings for IPv4 DNS-Server: 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1

Sounds easy. Have to read a little about the theory behind, to know what I'm doing. Didn't even have the network assistant installed. Great tool.
