Have been around the world several times and was always the right way up - did get lost in Europe, assumed that the sun was to the north of me and walked several km in the wrong direction.

I see in the news that some US citizens believe that adjusting the clocks can cause ill-health - that would certainly be the case if clock was high up on a wall and you fell off the ladder. There is also a group who are convinced that daylight saving gives you extra sunlight and rots the curtains. Here in NZ, one settlement does not change the time as the earlier morning causes stress for dairy cows at milking time.
