run the mxflux_install.sh script as the root user. that might do it.

you can change the ownership of the home folder so that only your user has access.

by default, users can see files but not edit them. this is not specific to MX.

well that was short lived...their repo is for sid and they actually say not to install their debs on any other branch of debian.

this kind of research generally requires such an ethics statement, and also approval from an internal review board prior to the experiment commencing. Given that the linux project was unaware that an experiment was even happening, this is completely unethical in my mind and the University Of MN gets...

answer...no. firefox will remain and is the gold-standard of open source web browsers as far as I'm concerned. the alternatives shown are either all depending on google's chromium project or actually dependent on mozilla for the base of librewolf.
