slow down folks. the report is complete, and is on git hub in the right place to the developer of those apps. there isn't anything for MX team to do here, the problem is the app the user references.

not all apps support GTK3 scaling.

discover for some reason is not actually applying the update to mx-iso-template.

so do the update from the commandline.
should just update that particular package.

@fehlix what about just generating the en_IL locale? Its available but not pre-setup.

I doubt very much its mx-tweak causing a conflict. much more likely that xfce4-session is not running, which not only manages things like login/logout options, but also acts as an xsettings daemon (themes and such).

mx-tweak checks for xfce4-session running before offering any Xfce options.

If you have a swapfile on / you need to deactivate it. You can’t snapshot a subvolume with active swap.

With btrfs it’s better to have a swap partition or at least put swap on a /swap subvolume.

There have been other reports of this. Very weird.

Suggestion is to update via terminal.
