Correct about the drivers. But if you're just yanking from a Win machine, you'll need to get everything in the EFI set up properly beforehand.

Not just like that, no. System disks are a different thing. The Lenovo will need different stuff on it than the Dell needs. The closest thing to that would be making an MX live USB drive with your Dell and installing MX on your Lenovo with that. There will be file and drive size considerations and ...
