Re: Thunderbird

Welcome to the forum.

You are asking two questions in one post here, which makes it hard to deal with. For your second question, please post your Quick System Information, as described in the 'Guide - How to ask for help' section.

Re: HP's new printer subscription service...

I Have an HP LaserJet Pro that's a few years old now, and it's been excellent. Always Canon for photo printing though.

What is supposed to be wrong with W11?
I have tried it and like it better than W10.
Its hardware requirements are stricter that W10, and although there are workarounds, it is expected that MS will block those when W10 is EOL.

Re: Better CPU = Better VM ??? [Solved]

I don't know specifically how VM performance will be affected, but the jump from an i3 to an i5 is significant. Going from an i5 to an i7 makes much less difference IMO.

Re: Canon Printer Installation

Be aware that drivers are not available for all Canon printers. Use the Print Settings dialogue with the printer connected via USB to see if it's detected, and a driver found. If that doesn't work, search online for a Linux driver for your printer. Canon do supply them for some models, and give the ...
