Those who have problems with QT/MX fonts - do you have KDE related packages installed?

Re: ssd trim

To execute manually:

In terminal to trim root partition
sudo fstrim -v /

For home partition
sudo fstrim -v /home

I would do it weekly.

But check your trim.log in /var/log. It may execute weekly when yo turn your machine on. The trim.log will show when it is executed.

Re: Firefox deserves the boot!

While I am staying with Chrome I believe Firefox is a good usable browser and much improved over previous versions.

Re: Wonderful flatpak game

And unfortunately on my hdpi screen I can barely see a thing. I found this with several flatpacks. As dolphin said in the video many do not follow system theming.

Re: Compiz and missing Window Decorations

Make sure that emerald is installed. Then in a terminal type emerald --replace. To have this command load at start right click the fusion icon and pick settings manager. Then in effects find window decoration. On the left of the window enable window decorations and add to "Command" in the right pane...

aptik test repo issue

I upgraded aptik from the test repo. It fails to show in the menu and falls to run. Completely removing it and installing the previous version from the default repo corrects the menu and run problems.

MX 17.1 fully updated.
