Agreed again. I am not anti-spam protection systems, a large hobby group that I moderated for several years had to close because the owner would not install spam protection, in this case it was my inability to cope with some very poor photos. A text based method or something similar that I can decip...

That's good news. I could not test that combination, my HF rig is in pieces on the bench, waiting for me to fix the power supply. When (if) it is going again will have a look at qsstv.

Have never used qsstv, but as both qsstv and fldigi use the sound card a conflict is quite possible. Have you tried removing qsstv?

Well I am still here and there is a gaggle of people being deported Oz > NZ, Canberra sez they are Kiwis but most of them have lived on your side since they were kids and certainly speak with with a Strine accent. ;) Think there are enough of us to keep going. @ sunrat. Yep, that is what I expected. I try to use the NZ mirror, it's close and very fast for me, but several times now have had to switch, usually go to Utah. Might be something to do with the time updates are sent to the mirrors, as NZ seems to come right a few hours later.
