(Solutionné) grub non fonctionnel sur ASUSTeK product: T200TA  [Solved]

#1 Post by baif »

Bonjour,

Suggested repair: ______________________________________________________________

The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to sign-grub) and reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of
sdb2,
using the following options: sdb3/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s use-standard-efi-file

Confirmation request before suggested repair: __________________________________

Warning: continuing without internet would leave your system unbootable. Please connect internet.
Are you sure you want to continue anyway?

Final advice in case of suggested repair: ______________________________________

Please do not forget to make your UEFI firmware boot on the MX 21 Wildflower (21) entry (sdb3/efi/****/shim****.efi (**** will be updated in the final message) file) !
If your computer reboots directly into Windows, try to change the boot order in your UEFI firmware.

If your UEFI firmware does not allow to change the boot order, change the default boot entry of the Windows bootloader.
For example you can boot into Windows, then type the following command in an admin command prompt:
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\****\shim****.efi (**** will be updated in the final message)

Re: grub non fonctionnel sur ASUSTeK product: T200TA

#5 Post by j2mcgreg »

https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2022395

HP 15; ryzen 3 5300U APU; 500 Gb SSD; 8GB ram
Aspire V5-571; CPU Intel I3; 500 GB SSD; Intel 2nd Gen Graphics; 8 GB Ram
Aspire XC-866; i3-9100; UHD 630; 8 GB ram; 1TB HDD

In Linux, newer isn't always better. The best solution is the one that works.

@ j2mcgreg ,

Starting grub.efi
using load options ''
error no such device: 454752d2-....
error: unknown filesystem
grub rescue>_
