Request for a couple of scripts

I'm working on a hardened version of MX Linux however I'm a complete stranger to creating and running init scripts and I haven't been able to find any helpful guides on how to make any for SysV.

What scripts I need are:
-One that automatically runs macchanger whenever I connect to a network interface (i.e. router or ethernet)
-One that runs the following commands rfkill block all then rfkill unblock wifi.
