We never started and there haven't been any requests AFAIK.

What is funny is that Whisker menu entry is in french after install (many are still in English in my install such as Clementine, FeatherPad, Nomacs and so on but that's another matter).
Concerning language packs it's a bit more straightforward than firefox : download and install LP then go to Edit>Pref>Appearance and change language to prefered.
