Espejo Argentina (Solucionado con Uruguay)

Revisando el mapa de espejos, para Sudamérica solo hay uno en Ecuador, aunque funciona muy bien, quisiera saber si puedo ser un espejo en Argentina.
¿Qué requisitos se necesitan?

We have been trying with no luck in the past, but we are currently working on a possibility in Brazil.

On the other big distro lists (Mint, Arch, etc.) there is almost nothing in Argentina. Si quieres buscar un poco... aquí tienes la información que necesita un espejo:

Debian parece a tener solamente un espejo en Ar, Mint uno, Suse dos, CentOS y Arch no tienen:

As far as I could find, most mirrors correspond to universities and I did not find information on how to become a mirror exactly in Concordia, Argentina. I did not see any interest in the existing universities in this city because they are mirrors. I have a good internet connection and I want to support MX for everything received. I want to know if it is possible or otherwise archive the topic.

And what the requirements might be to host or mirror as an individual?
Thinkpad T430 & Dell Latitude E7450, both with MX-21.3.1
