Once you get there with your GitHub login, just click like under my request, or write a comment that you would wish this mirror to be made. These 2 mirrors are pretty popular (Tuna in Beijing, USTC in Shanghai) with as it seems every major distro mirrored except ours.

-also in your list I suggest listing the Koddos mirror currently listed as PRC rather just as "Hong Kong" or at least "Hong Kong/ PRC" due to the special status of the region
