Hello,
For an unknown reason, the second user on my machine has an "ugly" basic xfce appearance.
Is there a way to revert desktop settings to MX default ones ?
Thanks.

Re: restore MX desktop default settings
Use MX Teaks to select the theme you want.
Re: restore MX desktop default settings
Default settings are located in /etc/skel/ (all hidden, so Ctrl-H to view), and you can copy the files you want over from outside that user's account.

Re: restore MX desktop default settings
Hello again,
Whatever I do, I can not get the default notification tray elements, especially volume icon inside notification tray.
I have to add PulseAudio plugin icon next to notification tray, which is not exactly the same thing. How can I fix that ?
Thanks.

If you will try opening the Start Menu > Settings > Settings & Startup > Application Autostart:
click to put a checkmark on the items you want auto-started,
reboot,
then remove the duplicated items outside the Notification tray (that you added directly).

Perfect. I hadn't thought about it.
Thanks.
