You'll have to run MX 16 to have me-tv. Those other distros are still on an older base. The later Ubuntu releases have dropped it like it's hot, too.

Some searching at aternativeto.net suggests "zapping" as a replacement, and it's in the standard Debian repositories.

I f you would like another option, you could try sagetv. It is a more complete solution with ability install epg data. I am running it on mx 18.1 caveat is that it is dependent of systemd for startup. I am looking to configure a workaround for that.

Hi, a week ago i installed Helia, the dvb-t device (Afatech) is detected but i'm not able to scan channels. I tried to scan channels by w_scan but something is wrong; probably you could help me.
