Beats me. I only do what I'm told when it comes to the art seriously, the former guidance was put in place by a long time team member and our former art director.

If I was to hazard a guess, its probably because back then, antiX days, there were no widescreen monitors?

That's nice to hear Ghosty, I don't know if your anything like me, but I don't use my own wallpapers, by the time I've finished making them, I'm fed up with em. I guess you are the same are you wouldn't be using mine. LoL

To tell the truth I make wallpapers that I'd use myself, and hence I'm using my MX Freedom one right now
