The version of Midori in the Wheezy repo is a bit long in the tooth. The Browser
Midori is a lightweight, fast, and free web browser. It aligns well with the Xfce philosophy of making the most out of available resources. It is also the default browser of the beautiful elementary os.
I tried the version from the Midori download page in MX-14.4+:
but it wouldn't install.

It is small, fast and if stable might make a good first browser.
