MX-15 KDE -- disappearing file/folder names

Installed KDE-standard in MX-15B2 last night and have been playing with it on and off.

First actual WTF? moment is with Dolphin -- when you highlight (single click) a file or folder name and leave your mouse pointer over same, it disappears from view. If you move the mouse pointer away from it, it's there, highlighted in blue, as expected.

I have changed the mouse/file behavior to double click, desktop theme to Oxygen, and cursor theme to Oxygen Default. If any of that matters.

Anyone got kloo?

I've quit testing beta 2 with KDE. Way to many problems.

I'm actually quite pleased with what I've seen so far. Not that I've done much, but I've gone through most everything I recall giving me difficulty in the past and everything works. I've got some cosmetic things I'd like to get cleared up, but so far...

This is on my playtoy laptop. The rubber meets the road when MX-15 goes final and I try and migrate to it fully on my daily driver desktop.
