I saw something about that a day or two ago, are the DRM changes also in Linux FF38?

At least they are allowing an opt-out.
I find the new Interface for Preferences to be better.

With the settings I have for Themes, etc. (in KDE with Dark backgrounds) I find that about:config is difficult to see text.
Yes, even I am dishonest. Not in many ways, but in some. Forty-one, I think it is.

Since it's done with an Adobe plugin, I doubt there's any Linux support...just upgraded here and it doesn't show up in the plugins:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enable-drm

Windows Firefox in Wine is updating itself right now, will see if that shows it.

If anyone wants it in Linux, the pipelight folks are probably working on adding support for it right now.

Edit: Last line of the Register article:
Windows XP, OS X, Linux, and 64-bit versions of Firefox are not yet supported, and there's no word yet on when they might be. ®

As some of you may have noticed, we now have firefox-38.0.6 in the CR. There isn't much new in this one other than a Funnelcake build bug fix which doesn't affect most users. If you'd like to read more about that check this link.. This version was also an opportunity for steveo to sneak in a tweak. I'll allow him to explain.
