kImageAnnotator depends on kColorPicker which needs to
be installed before building kImageAnnotator.

Because the libkimageannotator dependency in ksnip_1.6 was not versioned, the older library version was not upgraded.
If you go back to the Test repo in mxpi, uncheck the Hide library & development packages box & upgrade libkimageannotator then ksnip_1.6 will work.
And we'll need to version that dependency so it doesn't happen again.

Windows Snipping Tool.
