Hi,
I like MX Linux a lot, it works like a charm on my laptop. But I do have a problem with my desktop - I use Ryzen 1700X with B350 chipset and be-quiet cooling. With Ubuntu the computer is basically noiseless after boot, but with both Debian Stable (with backported 4.15 kernel) and MX Linux the fan runs on 100%, like during boot or in bios. I personally guess it's because these
https://linuxconfig.org/monitor-amd-ryz ... el-modules
are not included in default kernel config. While I could build a kernel myself, I honestly have no time to do it :(.
Would you consider adding it to your build?
Kind Regards

Add Ryzen sensors support to kernel plz!
Re: Add Ryzen sensors support to kernel plz!
Those modules are included in at least the backported Debian 4.17 kernel and the 4.17 Liquorix kernels, both of which are available in our test repo. I don't know about the antiX kernels also available there...Can you give one of those a try?
