I tinker with conky insofar that I have this .conkyrc file that I start upon startup, so not the conky that comes with the system so to speak.

Looks like you do the same (create your own from scratch) :)


I would love to try and tinker with this file. Thank you so much, with all the stupidity that is called healthcare over here (currently splint issues that I have to take care of *sigh*) I haven't even had the time (or better stated, the energy) to work on this, so your offer comes at a perfect moment!
