MX17: xfce4-terminal doesn't have menu and scroll bars [SOLVED]

Greetings!
The terminal without the menu and scroll bars... is it by design? Or is it a bug?

It's by design, but you can easily right-click it and enable those in its Preferences.

"When in doubt, right-click it!" (Nobody in particular)

A little tip. Hold Shift key and press Page-up or Page-down key to scroll. Saves moving over to your mouse/trackpad.
