Applications don't resize.

Being that I have the DPI set to 150 because of my eyes some menus from some applications can't be resized. I have to use Alt/right and left click in order to move the window but it won't resize. Resizing doesn't work from the boarder. I found this issue with advert-block and with Thunderbird when I open the Preferences window so far with this bug.
