Yes, use the April snapshot http://iso.mxrepo.com/Snapshots/ reconfigure or reinstall libc-bin (I did "aptitude reinstall libc-bin") then run "xfce4-panel -r" you'll see the error. That's when running Live, haven't tried installed. I see that people who reported here they were using persistency so maybe it's only affecting live environment?

While its easy to duplicate on the April iso, I don't seem to be able to replicate the problem updating from the Original March iso.
